Warranty Policy

MAXTASY products are novelty products intended for adult use only.

PRODUCTS

STROKERS and DRYING & WARMING DOCK:

Your product is covered by one year warranty, valid from the date of purchase, against manufacturing faults. The policy does not cover cosmetic faults, nor wear and tear due to usage, or damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Any attempt at tampering with the product will void the waranty. Opening, taking apart and modifying the strokers is strictly forbidden. Maxtasy and all its associate take no responsibility for malfunctioning of tempered with devices. Submerging the strokers in liquids will void the warranty.

SLEEVES:

MAXTASY sleeves are covered by one month warranty, valid from the date of purchase, against manufacturing faults. The policy does not cover cosmetic faults, nor wear and tear due to usage, or damage caused by accident, neglect or misuse. WHAT TO DO NEXT

If you discover a defect and notify us within the warranty period, we will replace the product, at our sole discretion, free of charge. To notify us, head to CONTACT US section We highly advise you to register your purchased product(-s) on our website, as this will speed up the process if and when you wish to claim under our warranty policy.

NOTE

Items which were not purchased on our website can only be replaced, at our sole discretion, and no monetary refunds in form of store credit, cash or money transfers will be offered.
